Pets:
We welcome your pets to stay within the cottages, but they must not be left alone in the property at any time. Any Pets causing nuisance to the neighbouring cottages (inc Barking Constantly or whining loudly )will be asked to leave . No refund will be given for any unused stay.
Whilst exercising you pets in the garden please use bags and collect your dogs poo.
EVs:
We do not allow the charging of electric vehicles at the property.
Occupancy:
The occupancy must not exceed the number of people booked for the whole stay. Different people cannot make up the numbers booked. (ie if booked for 4 people no more than the original 4 can stay, no swapping of guests)
Noise Or Nuisance:
Please be aware that the cottages are located around a shared courtyard and as such are in close proximity to each other so be mindful not to cause nuisance to other guests. Exceesive noise or nuisance and you will have to leave. No refund will be given for un used dates.
Cancellation by us:
In the unlikely event we have to cancel your booking we will offer 100% refund of your booking fee, and we will assist you in looking for alternative bookings, but no compensation will be given.
Cancellation by you:
We accept cancellations up to 30 days before your stay dates with just loss of your deposit. Less than 30 Days we will not refund any of your booking fee, unless we re book the room. If we can re book the room for the same dates we will refund 50% of your fee or difference in costs whichever is the lowest amount.
Parking and property:
Parking on site is free of charge and is covered by cctv. We do not take any responsibility for any damage whilst parked on site.
Lost Keys
Lost keys will be charged at £50 Per key
Lost gate fobs will be charged at £75 per fob
