Booked last minute,after struggling to find dog friendly cottage, at a reasonable price.We have found a gem of a place.Lovely welcome.Very well thought-out cottage,with everything you need, including a welcome tray. Spotlessly clean. 20 minutes walk to the beach,which was perfect for us. Very dog friendly. Already looking forward to a return visit.

The Tack Room was the prefect base for visiting Bridlington and the surrounding area.It was comfortable, well equipped and the owners, who were very kind and helpful, had just about thought of everything.The area is a beautiful place to visit.Would highly recommend Eastmoor Farm Cottages!

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The tack room was very much a home from home , with every thing you could everneed. Warm n cosy yet very spacious.With easy access into Bridlington, the information book a great idea with lots of tips where to go how to get there.Even providing a discount card for local attractions and restaurants.John and Mandy wereso welcoming . We will definitely be re booking very soon.

Have just returned from our second stay at Eastmoor Cottages. The Cottages are furnished to a lovely standard, spotlessly clean and well equipped! They are perfect to return to after a busy day at the beach! With designated parking and secure gated drive not sure you could ask for more….we even got sunshine!! We will book again, thanks John and Mandy the care and attention you put into the cottages shows!!

This is my 4th visit to the cottages and yet again it was a lovely visit. There’s everything you need in the cottages to enjoy a lovely peaceful stay. Close enough to Bridlington centre but also nice and quiet. We will be back for sure.

First time visited Eastmoor Farm. Very impressed with size of rooms, quality of furnishings and facilities. The Farm is in a great location 10 minutes from Bridlington Town Centre and beaches and 30 mins from Scarborough. When we arrived we felt it was like entering a high quality hotel suite, with much more room. Will be coming back

Had a great weekend at Eastmoor cottages in the tackroom. The cottage has everything you would need for a nice relaxing time. The bed was very comfortable and as the big lazy lounging couch. The whole place was done very decorated to a high standard and john was very very helpful.all in all a very nice break in Bridlington.

Fantastic location within 10 minutes drive of Bridlington town centre. Beautiful clean and tidy rooms - loved the flooring. If you are going to Bridlington it’s definitely the place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous Tack Room Cottage. Highly recommended a stay at the Eastmoor Farm Cottages. Home from home comforts!The conversions have been carried out to a very high spec. We will definitely book again.

This was our 4th stay in the cottages which hopefully speaks for itself! We love the comfort and convenience of the cottages. We had a lovely meal out in Bridlington at Alloha’s, the kids has a (cold!) play on the beach and enjoyed the play area in Jeromes as well as the at arcades. We’re booked back again in June and can’t wait for sunnier days in the cottages. Nothing is too much trouble for John and Mandy- very welcoming! Thanks for another great stay.

Just returned from a wonderful week away at The Cottages Eastmoor Farm. Cottage was tastefully furnished to a high standard. Attention to detail evident throughout and all our needs were catered for. Peaceful location just 5 minutes drive from South beach, perfect for fun days on the beach. Lovely courtyard which was nice to start the day with outside breakfast and evening brew! Will be sure to recommend and return.

We stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults, 2 children (age 8) and a small dog. The hosts were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Location great, just outside of Bridlington but only a short car journey into town or to the beach. Secure gated entrance and all fenced so really safe for the kids and dog.We stayed in the Tack room, accommodation was immaculate, all rooms well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds comfortable, like home from home. We visit Bridlington regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for having us!

This is our 3rd stay here and we keep coming back as John and Mandy can’t do enough for there guests. We never knew what Bridlington had to really offer until we stayed just outside the Center from a fantastic beech and animal farm. We would definitely recommend staying in these wonderful cottages.

Just arrived home from a wonderful few days stay at these well equipped cottages .only a few minutes away from the beach and town centre. Found the cottage lovely and warm very comfortable bed lovely hot shower very comfortable overall 11/10 will definitely return… (Source Google)

My husband and I with our two boys (8 and 3) stayed in the Stables Cottage for a long weekend with our friends in the neighbouring Feed cottage and we all had a lovely time. The cottages are built to a high standard with all the details thought of - underfloor heating and all! Nothing was too much trouble for John and Mandy throughout our stay. Great location for a short drive into Bridlington and plenty of places to visit when the weather gets a little warmer. We've already booked for another stay at Easter - we can't wait:) (Source Google)

We recently stayed here as one of the first guests, the cottage is very well equipped and in a great location only 8 minutes from Brid town centre and a relatively short walk to the beach also. We found the cottage to be very comfy and would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning! (Source Google)
