Is Information Provided Inside The Holiday Accommodation?

Each cottage has a visitors information booklet which helps with local telephone numbers and the general run of the accommodation. There is also a helpline number if you require further information. Please note: The holiday accommodation do not have telephones

What Are The Check In/Check Out Times

Check In is from 3pm and Check out is 10am. Earlier check Ins and Later Check Outs are sometimes available subject to cleaning schedules and other bookings. Please call or Email to Request and we will do our best to oblige.


How Do I Pay For My Holiday Accommodation?

We have tried to keep this as simple as possible. When you book your holiday week or weekend a 25% deposit will be requested. This can be paid bank transfer. Full instructions will be given over the phone or by email. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 6 weeks away full payment must be made. If Booked direct from the Website or by phone we will e mail you an invoice containing all the details. If booked through an Online Travel agent ( Air BNB or Booking.com etc) They will take your payment

DIRECT BOOKING WILL ALWAYS BE THE CHEAPEST OPTION

Where Do I Pick Up The Keys and how do I gain Access?

You will receive instructions via email or phone on where to pick up keys including gate codes and key box codes a few days before your stay. If you don’t receive them call or whats app 07831102799

Can You Recommend A Good Place To Eat?

The visitors information booklet contained in each cottage gives the telephone numbers of selected local restaurants and eateries. It's a good idea to book in advance as the restaurants tend to be very busy, especially at weekends

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?

All bed linen, hand towels, bath towels, tea towels, cutlery, crockery and glassware are supplied in the accommodation. We can arrange travel cots, high chairs if required, free of charge. You will need to bring beach towels and towels for your pets. We do supply some Tea, Coffee and Milk to get you started as well as a couple of toilet rolls, but this is self catering so you need to bring anything else you may need

Are the Cottages Suitable For Children?

Yes, most of our booking in the school holidays comprise of family groups with children of all ages. Many families become our regular guests and there is a lot for children to do in the area

What Happens If I Have To Cancel My Booking?

You may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date if cancelled outside the 30 days before your stay. Within 30 Days you will not be refunded unless we can re let your dates, in which case you will receive 50% of your booking fee or 50% of the fee we get for the re booking. ( whichever is the lowest amount)Otherwise, you are liable for the total holiday price Deposits can not be refunded.

Do You Accommodate Large Groups?

Yes. If you have a large group, we would be happy to advise you on the best combinations of properties to book together to fit everyone in. The whole complex can accommodate up to 14 people.

What Time Can We Arrive And When Do We Have To Leave?

Check in commences from 3pm on the first day of your holidayand end at 10.00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise specified in the accommodation description. This ensures that the cleaners have sufficient time to prepare the cottages to the standard we require. If you are planning to leave earlier than the departure date could you please let us know.

What Happens If We Want To Make Changes To Our Holiday?

In the first instance please call us to discuss the changes. If it’s possible to accommodate them, we’ll be happy to help

What Do We Do If Something Unexpected Occurs?

We will do everything possible to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, but occasionally things go wrong. If a problem occurs you should, in the first instance, contact us. Any problem must be reported immediately, as you will appreciate that complaints made after your occupancy cannot be entertained

Can I Bring Dogs?

Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome, however there will be a charge of an additional £30 per dog (max 2 dogs) per stay.

(Quite a few guests turn up with dogs then act dumb, but the costs for dogs are clearly noted on your booking and welcome E mail.)

People who turn up with dogs that have not been paid for will be charged £60 per dog.

Please note Dogs must NEVER be left unattended in the cottages at any time. Only bring your dog if you intend to take them with you when you go out.

What Security is on Site?

The whole site is covered by CCTV and the site is accessed via an electric gate. We do not take any responsibility for any damage to your property or cars whilst left on site. Please note you are also expected to be responsible for securing the cottage during your stay and locking up securely when you leave.

Do I Need Travel Insurance ?

We Suggest everyone has travel insurance with a cancellation Policy. Just in case you are ill or have an accident, you can then use insurance to cover your cancellation costs. Insurance covers lots of different scenarios.
